Jim Phinick, the wine consultant at our Merritt Island location, recently took a trip to Napa Valley to take the Advanced Sommelier Course.

Sounds fancy, right? This course is designed to educate experienced wine consultants with the most in-depth information about wine, how it’s grown and made, and how to drink it, taste it, and ultimately, how to pass their new knowledge on to colleagues.  It shapes them up to be wine experts.

While in the midst of taking what seems to be a very informative, yet fun, class, Jim snagged a little video to give us a taste of the experience. Watch below to see what he was up to in California!
